went to the first meeting of the International Filmmakers Network tonight, very neat. loads of folks from all over this ball, all gung ho and curious. Everybody said who they were, and I mentioned i also teach AE, and after i had about 6 people wanting to know more.

and lots of girls smiled at me, both there and a couple other places i was today. which i can really use; thought I was kind of clear of the Nicole drama but it’s been really sucking the life out of me. trying to make myself switch out every time it comes up, but it has a gravity, once you get too close, you’re going down.
